The questions our procurement counterparts ask before a contract is signed.

One 20'FCL (typically 14 MT for raw cashew, 26 MT for cassava-based products). For sesame, ginger and hibiscus, we accommodate consolidated LCL on a case-by-case basis.

Letter of Credit at sight (preferred for first contracts), 30% TT advance against PI with balance against B/L copy, SBLC for ongoing partners, or CAD via reputable banking corridors. Open account is available after a documented trading history.

Yes. We quote FOB Apapa or Tin Can Island as standard, and CIF / CFR to all major Asian, European and Middle Eastern ports. DDP is available on request to selected destinations.

Pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Cotecna or Bureau Veritas at buyer's option. Independent COA, fumigation and phytosanitary certificates issued before vessel departure. Container seal numbers shared in real time.

Yes - we welcome it. Buyer-nominated labs in origin or destination are part of our standard contract structure. Sampling protocols are agreed in writing per shipment.

21 days from contract execution for raw cashew during the buying season (Feb–Aug); 30 days for processed cassava products; 30–45 days for off-season or large multi-container nominations.

Yes - provided after a mutual NDA is in place. We respect the privacy of our existing buyers.

Cashew is seasonal but we hold stock through October–January via cold-room and warehouse storage. Cassava, sesame, ginger and hibiscus are available year-round subject to allocation.
